Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. You can also pay in 3 interest-free installments via Alma for purchases of €150 or more.
Is payment secure?
Yes, 100%. All transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-DSS certified providers. ZliZ never has access to your bank details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at contact@zliz.fr. As long as the order has not been shipped, we will do what is necessary.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 business hours. Allow 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan France, 3 to 6 days for Belgium and Switzerland, and 5 to 8 days for the United Kingdom.
Is delivery free?
Yes, in metropolitan France and the United Kingdom for purchases of €150 or more. In Belgium for purchases of €250 or more, and in Switzerland for purchases of €350 or more.
Do you deliver bulky items?
Yes, our furniture and large lighting fixtures are subject to specific delivery. Contact us for a personalized transport quote or arrange a free pick-up at our showroom.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to return any item that does not suit you, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return, to the original payment method.
Our Products
Will my items be exactly as pictured?
Each ZliZ creation is handmade, so each piece is unique. You may notice slight variations in shade, weaving, or dimensions compared to the photos: these are the marks of genuine craftsmanship and what gives your piece its singular value.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are indicated on each product page. Generally: soft, dry cloth for wickerwork and wood, 30° wash for hand-woven cotton textiles, gentle cleaning for bare leather.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Depending on artisan availability and lead times, some special orders are possible (dimensions, colors). Email us at contact@zliz.fr with your project.

Yes, by appointment. Our showroom welcomes you to discover the collections, discuss a decor project, or pick up an order. Email us to arrange a time slot.
